The Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) is Arizona’s statewide interagency system of services and supports for families of infants and toddlers, birth through two years of age, with disabilities or delays. AzEIP is established by Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), which provides eligible children and their families access to services to enhance the capacity of families and caregivers to support the child’s development.

Pregnancy and Birth to Five Resources and Support

Embracing the journey from pregnancy to the early years of a child's life, Dignity Health YRMC's Family Resource Center (FRC) extends its support through the Pregnancy and Birth to Five Resources and Support program. This resource is designed to enroll families prenatally and continue assisting up to five years after birth. The FRC empowers families with essential knowledge, tools, and resources to cultivate strong parent-child relationships and promote healthy early child development. With a focus on giving children the best start in life, the program encompasses a nationally accredited Healthy Families home visitation initiative. By participating in this program, families receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs, ensuring a positive and nurturing environment for the early stages of childhood.

Youth Services for Young People with Developmental Disabilities

Hozhoni Foundation is a non-profit provider of services and advocacy for people with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities in Northern Arizona. Young people with developmental disabilities age 16 and up are eligible for Hozhoni programs, that include all Hozhoni Foundation services.
