Power Me A2Z is a program sponsored by the Arizona Department of Health Services. The program provides free vitamins, mailed to any Arizonian ages 18-45 who can get pregnant. Visit website to sign up (includes a short quiz but results do not impact eligibility).

The Victim Assistance Unit offers a number of services to victims of crime, including: case status updates, information on crime victim’s rights, referrals to crisis counseling, on-site crisis intervention and follow-up, advocacy within the criminal justice system and the court processes, assistance with filing petitions for Orders of Protection and Victim Compensation, court accompaniment and support, assistance with emergency needs, such as food, clothing, shelter and transportation.
