LOCATED IN COTTONWOOD. SERVES VERDE VALLEY. A resource of Verde Valley Homeless Coalition.

Transition and drop-in center where homeless youth or adults can get off the streets and find a temporary safe haven. Includes access to food and water, as well as computers, wifi, and charging stations.

Offering essential services and support to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our services include providing snacks, water, coffee, clothing, hygiene kits, and access to shower facilities. Additionally, we offer referrals to additional services and provide monthly haircuts, monthly vision screening, and legal assistance by appointment.

PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) program utilizes specially trained staff and volunteers to connect seriously mentally ill homeless with psychiatric treatment and housing.

Outreach and Support for Homeless

Located in Sedona. Serves Sedona. a resource of Sedona Area Homeless Alliance.

Programs and Services include: Children support including infant/toddler items, supplying school clothes and age appropriate school supplies, feminine hygiene products, program supplying needed items and resources for veterans, LGBTQ+ support services, pet food/items and services, food pantry, health & wellness items, survival items, clothing/hats/gloves/socks/underwear, coats etc, bikes, CODE BLUE emergency shelter, and Mobile OutReach Bus.

Restaurant Meals Program

Serves Yavapai County. a resource of Department of Economic Security.

The Restaurant Meals Program allows certain Nutrition Assistance (NA) participants to use their Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card to purchase prepared meals from participating restaurants. This may also include the deli section of a participating grocery store. This program is available to an NA household if every person in the household meets one or more of the following conditions: has a disability, Is 60 years of age or older, homeless and does not have a fixed or regular nighttime residence.
