Hozhoni Foundation is a non-profit provider of services and advocacy for people with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities in Northern Arizona. Hozhoni helps developmentally-disabled youth & adults transition from school to work, providing instruction and individualized on-the-job training in socio-emotional skills, general life skills and work ethics. They offer one-on-one support in group work, i.e. hotel room cleaning, grounds maintenance and other practical work. They also help eligible clients obtain independent employment.
