DIABETES SUPPORT

LOCATED IN Phoenix. SERVES Arizona. a resource of American Diabetes Association (ADA) Desert Southwest.

The ADA Desert Southwest Office in Phoenix, Arizona, focuses on raising awareness about diabetes prevention and management. It also offers support for individuals living with diabetes, striving to improve health outcomes in the community.

Living with Lupus Support Group

A RESOURCE OF Lupus Foundation of Southern Arizona (LFSA).

Provides comprehensive support for lupus patients and their families. They offer a range of services, including virtual support groups like the "Living with Lupus" group, which meets monthly to discuss topics such as managing pain, understanding blood work, and helping family members understand the disease. These meetings are currently online, using the Zoom meeting application. To learn more, fill out an intake, or send them an email.

Having a group of people outside of your immediate family that you can go to is always important. All of the support groups featured on this page are well known and well attended. Whether you are newly injured or have been for a long time, a support group is a great way to share knowledge as well as tips and tricks at V.O.C.A. Oak Creek Country Clubhouse.
