Hope House Transitional Housing - Hope House is a community-based transitional model house by ADOH. Residences share a common kitchen, a common community room and a common laundry room to build life skills to advance cooperation and interaction. Residents learn valuable life skills from personal and financial to social skills using a best practice life skills curriculum developed by NAZCARE. Residents are involved in recovery an wellness support services and participate in services at New Hope Wellness Center. Call for hours of availability.

New Hope Wellness Center has been serving the Prescott/Quad City area since 2001, and provides services to peers and families on the ground floor of the historic Savoni-Farnara residence with NAZCARE Administrative services on the top floor. New Hope integrates recovery support services with supportive housing services at Hope House and Majesty Manor; transitional and permanent housing programs for individuals with mental illness.
