Free School Supplies - Operation Back to School and Holiday Programs

Vision & Legal AssiStance
Located in Cottonwood. Serves Verde Valley.
Monthly vision clinic to assist low-income community with free or low-cost eye exams and glasses. 10am the 1st Tuesday of every month. Must reside in Cottonwood or Clarkdale for at least 6 months - proof of residency required. Attendees will fill out an application during clinic to see if they are eligible. No children because they are eligible for eye care through AHCCCS.
